Training

Training with Artemis Firearms can start with brand new shooters learning about their firearm and safely using it, to comfortably conceal carrying and everything in between.

My speciality is in teaching new shooters and people who are nervous around firearms. One of the best compliments I have received was from a very nervous student. She told me I made the experience fun and she couldn't wait to come back and shoot some more!

Beginner Pistol

You don't know what you don't know. This class is perfect for beginners and those that want a refresher on the fundamentals. This class is offered as a group class and as private lessons.

Concealed Carry Classes

Illinois Concealed Carry

If you want to conceal carry or just have the option, this class is for you! We spend a lot of time focusing on personal protection and understanding the state and federal firearm laws. This class meets the state requirements and is taught by State Certified Instructors.

Duration: 16 hours

Emergency Preparedness

I am a big believer of preventative training over reactionary training. In order to help my community be prepared for emergency situations, I host a free class series a few times a year.

The free Emergency Preparedness series consists of four 1.5 hour presentations, each one focusing on a different topic of preparedness:

Being Prepared at Home

This first class will cover what you need to have at home to keep you and your family healthy and fed in an emergency. This class can be applied to not only emergencies but also civil unrest, pandemics, and hard economic times.
